Retirement Community Monthly Fees:
One Bedroom - Starting at $69 per day.
Two Bedrooms - Starting at $87 per day.
Second Person - $35 per day.

Private, one or two bedroom residences including a full-size refrigerator, cable television, all utilities (except telephone), a Registered Nurse, and 24-hour emergency call system. Two bedroom appartments include a stove and two bathrooms.

Lifestyle Fee
The Lifestyle Fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $1,000 paid by residents who choose to make Bridges Retirement Community their home.

Services:
The monthly fee includes three nutritious meals served daily, 30 minutes of housekeeping weekly, two loads of laundry weekly, scheduled transportation, twenty-four hour access to staff, full-time nurse, wellness program, social, recreational, religious and educational activities, and quarterly assessments. The Individualized Service Plan addresses personal care, centered upon each resident's needs. A La Carte Services are available at additional fees.
